Gold-Plated Vintage Rotary Watch
Swiss watchmaker Rotary was established in 1895 and by the 1920s had conquered Britain, becoming the largest export market for the family firm. This wind-up watch oozes quality and style, with gold-plated case and strap in a lovely art deco design. The square dial is held top and bottom by chunky geometric lugs, with large gold links running through these to the rope-style bracelet. The face is simple and has a slight patina of age, while the glass is elegantly curved. Very striking and elegant.
